ORE 82 is a residential apartment building in DC's Near Southeast neighborhood, a short walk from both the US Capitol and Nationals Park. Located on an unusually shaped corner lot along the New Jersey Avenue view-shed, the design is organized as a series of cantilevers, window bay projections, and step backs to create an organized but varied urban street-wall. Its industrially-inspired exteriors include textured masonry, large loft-like windows, and metal panels. ORE 82's ample balconies, terraces, and expansive roof-deck offer residents commanding views of DC's monumental core and the nearby Anacostia Waterfront district.
