Nomia

Nomia is a residential apartment tower located at a prominent but narrow lot at the corner of 17th & Peachtree Streets in Atlanta's rapidly evolving Midtown. Organized as a slender tower, it optimizes urban exposures and views while navigating easements and zoning controls. A generous setback along Peachtree Street creates space for a landscaped urban forecourt with cafe seating at street level.

The Nomia's exterior design includes vibrant green metal panels unique among its Midtown neighbors, while generously sized windows offer panoramic views of Atlanta's downtown skyline and Piedmont Park. The project's interiors were designed in concert with EOA Group. The residential program includes co-working spaces, a fitness center and wellness lounge, an elevated covered terrace, along with a rooftop club and pool deck at the top of the tower.
