Design for a single family residence. Inspired by the geometries of crystalline minerals, the house is conceived as a series of faceted forms growing out from a central core. Volumes and planes interlock, overlay, and splay in a loosely oblique manner. The resulting geometry creates opportunities for unique interior areas, dramatic outdoor living spaces, and variety of openings for natural light and views.
