Its curving facades and expansive balconies provide residents views of both the downtown skyline and the nearby BB&T Ballpark. The building's ground floor is organized to meet challenging traffic circulation requirements imposed by the City and a neighboring easement, while preserving highly desirable park-facing retail space. Residential amenities include a two-story rooftop cub area with gracious entertainment rooms, a demonstration kitchen, fitness club, pool deck and fire-pit.
